Mr. Redding is the founder and managing partner of Redding & Associates, P.A. His areas of practice include, real estate matters, estate planning, probate, wills and trusts, and is an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
Before returning to private practice Mr. Redding served as Associate Counsel – Underwriting with one of the nation’s largest title insurance underwriters. In his capacity as Associate Counsel he was an integral part of the underwriting staff wherein he was responsible for handling underwriting and pre-claims matters, advising all direct offices and agents predominately in Florida, Georgia and Alabama.
Mr. Redding earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Leo College and his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Redding was involved in the title insurance industry since 1988, holding many positions for various underwriters. Before heading to law school he was regarded as one of the Tampa Bay Area’s foremost commercial title examiners, and handled some of the area’s most complex transactions.
Mr. Redding is a member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section and serves as an active member of its Executive Counsel. He is also an active member of the Section’s Problem Studies Committee, Real Estate Litigation Committee, Title Insurance Committee, and Condominium and Planned Development Committee. He has recently authored a chapter for the Florida Bar’s book Real Estate Sales Transactions, and the Florida Bar’s book on Florida Real Property Complex Transactions. He is also a member of the Florida Land Title Association, and the local Hillsborough County Bar Association.
